Felt runners allow for smooth sliding of this full-sized sled, even when students stack up to 540 lb in cast iron or 225 lb in bumper plates on the 17-3/4"H post. It also accepts a carabiner so a leash and harness can be attached for a variety of pulling exercises.

After use, all posts, including the center post, easily fold down and snap into place for compact storage. Plus, a convenient side handle makes it a breeze to transport in and out of storage for extremely easy setup and teardown.
