UltraFit Pro Stability Ball Packs

Sets of our strongest stability balls keep your class safe!
You must choose an option from above before adding to your cart.

Sets of exercise balls provide multiple students with versatile equipment for just about any activity or exercise. Use these exercise balls to add depth to any balance or resistance exercise and store them in a durable ABS rack when not in use. Training charts keep everyone engaged even when not under direct supervision.

Burst-Resistant Design

Burst-resistant to 1,000 lb and supportive of static loads up to 2,200 lb, these stability balls are ultra-strong! A roto-molded vinyl shell eliminates weak points and minimizes bursting. Even if punctured, these fitness balls slowly deflate at a controlled rate, making them ideal for dynamic exercises and use with weights. A tacky surface texture increases grip and control to minimize chances of injury.

Improve Exercise Potential

When used on a flat indoor surface, these balance balls are ideal for low-impact movement exercises like stretches and poses. From yoga to Pilates, exercise balls are a pivotal addition to your gym. Or use in the classroom to keep students from fidgeting and help them engage their core all day long.

Convenient Organization

Color designation improves size identification and allows instructors to easily organize equipment, teams, and activities.

Balls are available in 3 sizes to accommodate users 5'0" to 6'7" tall. This makes it easy to scale difficulty across a wide range of activities. Choose the size(s) that best fits your class or program.

The UltraFit Pro Stability Ball Packs feature burst-resistant construction and a tacky, slip-resistant surface, making them perfect for safe and effective use in physical education environments. These balls are ideal for balance training, core strength, posture control, and motor coordination. Available in multiple sizes to fit different student heights, the UltraFit Pro Stability Balls are uniquely suited for both static and dynamic movement activities. Below are 15 inventive and age-appropriate activities using these stability balls to develop fundamental movement skills in elementary, middle, and high school students.

1. Balance Ball Freeze: Students sit or kneel on a stability ball and freeze in a pose for 10 seconds. Builds static balance and core control.

2. Roll the Rainbow Race: Using color-coded balls, students roll theirs in lanes toward targets. Enhances rolling control and directionality.

3. Roll & Reach Relay: Students roll the ball across the gym to a partner, then run to retrieve it after their partner sends it back. Encourages rolling, catching, and running mechanics.

4. Crab Crawl Control: In crab walk position, students balance the ball on their stomachs while moving. Develops body control and spatial awareness.

5. Wall Sit Squeeze: Students hold a wall sit while squeezing the ball between their knees. Builds lower-body endurance and inner thigh strength.

6. Seated Bounce Rhythm: Students sit and bounce rhythmically on the ball to music. Teaches bouncing, rhythm, and posture.

7. Plank Push Party: Students hold a plank with feet or hands on the stability ball. Builds core strength and balance.

8. Partner Pass & Sit-Up: In pairs, students perform sit-ups and pass the ball back and forth at the top of each rep. Strengthens core and catching skills.

9. Bounce & Spell Challenge: Students bounce on the ball once per letter of a word they spell aloud. Combines cognitive work with rhythmic bouncing.

10. Superhero Slides: Students lie on the ball face down and "fly" forward using hands to push off the ground. Develops upper-body strength and spatial play.

11. Wall Roll Target Toss: Students roll the ball against a wall to hit taped targets (e.g., squares, circles). Focuses on rolling accuracy and upper-body control.

12. Dynamic Dribble Challenge: Using the ball like a giant basketball, students bounce it and try to move it between cones. Builds manipulative and dribbling skills.

13. Head, Shoulders, Knees, & Bounce: Students perform the classic movement pattern, finishing with a bounce on the ball. Combines gross motor sequencing with coordination.

14. Obstacle Bounce Circuit: Create a circuit with cones, hurdles, and mats. Students bounce seated through the course. Enhances endurance and navigational skills.

15. Roll & Respond: Students roll the ball to a partner across the gym after answering a question (math, spelling, etc.). Integrates learning with rolling, bending, and coordination.
