This pack of 36 fitness bars is complete with instruction and storage, providing a complete workout routine without a ton of prep!
Our upgraded fitness bars feature a square profile and textured foam coating for the most effective routine. Each 48"L bar also features color-coding on the ends, plus weight identifiers so it takes seconds to choose the right bar.
Instructional training charts are easy to follow and include 9 exercises on each chart for a full-body workout. Charts are 18" x 24" and laminated for lasting use. When training is done, storage all bars on a custom steel rack. Swiveling casters allow for easy transport to and from storage. Rack is 48”L x 20”W x 48”H, 88 lb. Assembly required.
