Clear visuals and step-by-step instructions teach the basics of yoga poses in three categories—Mat-based, Standing, and Strength Pose charts. These charts offer detailed information to get students practicing on their own and free up the instructor to make small adjustments for individuals rather than spending most of the class teaching the basics to everyone. Students only need to glance at each pictured pose to see exactly how they should be positioned and what the proper form looks like.
Large 24"L x 18"W posters are easily visible from anywhere in the classroom and durable lamination keeps them pristine even after years of use. With 6 poses on each poster, students can learn at their own pace, working towards more difficult poses without constantly asking for direction.
