Premium fitness balls support class organization and encourage exercise. A seamless, roto-molded vinyl skin is designed to allow air to escape slowly, rather than burst in the rare case the ball is punctured. Great for strength, balance, and stretching exercises, a tacky surface enhances control to give students confidence as they train.

Premium European design allows air to escape slowly rather than burst, even if outer vinyl skin is punctured. Burst resistant to 1,000 lb, but supports static loads up to 2,200 lb. A tacky surface prevents slipping and sliding, keeping students safe as they exercise and build skills.

Ideal for Training

Stability balls add dimension to balance, stability, and weight training through instability. Students must focus on weight distribution, balance, and coordination as they activate and engage core muscles with micro-movements. A wide range of exercises can quickly be adapted to include fitness balls, including planks, sit-ups, and push-ups, as well as more advanced, anaerobic exercises such as bicep curl or shoulder press.

Convenient Organization

Rainbow colors allow for easy equipment storage and organization of teams or drills. Stations can be quickly set up and circuits formed to give the entire class a full body workout sing stability balls.

Balls are available in 2 sizes to accommodate users 5'0" to 6'2"H. Choose the size(s) that best fits your class or program.

All sets and packs include a measuring tape, plug, plug puller, and inflation instructions. For best results, inflate stability balls in stages according to included inflation instructions.
