This goal makes it easy to quickly set up a lacrosse game. Simply twist and fold the fiberglass frame for quick setup and takedown, no hardware necessary! Keep both in a carrying bag for easy transportation and storage.

Easy Setup and Storage

Each pop-up lacrosse goal is extremely lightweight, portable, and takes seconds to set up. Fiberglass rods lock into place when opened, but also easily flex and bend to store flat in a bag. The storage bag includes a shoulder strap for easy transportation. When everything is in the bag, it still only weighs 5 lb. Even young students can bring these goals out to the field to play!

Sturdy and Safe

Included ground anchors hold the goals in place during outdoor game play. When using the goals indoors on gym floors, hold them in place using sandbags. Soft, nylon design is safe for use by all players and holds up to long periods of play. If a player makes contact with the goal, it will collapse and absorb impact to prevent injuries.

Each goal is 3-1/2'W x 5'H x 4'D; 5 lb.

15 Skill-Building Activities Using QwikPro Lacrosse Pop-Up Goals

The QwikPro Lacrosse Pop-Up Goals are lightweight, durable, and incredibly easy to set up and transport—perfect for any PE teacher needing flexible equipment for indoor or outdoor use. Their pop-up design with spring steel frames and reinforced corners allows for quick play in any setting, and the included carrying bag makes them ideal for station work or small-group challenges. These goals are an excellent tool to support throwing, aiming, agility, coordination, and a wide variety of fundamental movement skills. The following 15 activities utilize these goals in fun, creative ways that develop key PE competencies across all grade levels.

1. Goalie Gauntlet: One student defends the QwikPro goal while others attempt to score with soft foam balls using Gopher ReLAX Lacrosse Sets. Builds throwing, dodging, and reaction skills.

2. Rapid Fire Reps: Students line up and take rapid turns shooting into the goal from various distances. Focus is on accuracy, power, and repetition.

3. Cone to Goal Challenge: Set up a zigzag path using tape. Students must navigate the path and shoot at the goal. Works on agility, control, and aim.

4. Lefty Lax Launch: Students must shoot at the goal using their non-dominant hand. This builds bilateral coordination and throwing proficiency.

5. Distance Drop-In: Students take shots at increasing distances. Each successful goal allows them to move back one cone. Sharpens power and distance control.

6. Three Shot Thriller: Students take three shots in a row—one while kneeling, one standing, and one jumping. Develops body control and varied skill application.

7. Around the World: Place QwikPro goals in a circle. Students rotate and shoot into each one using Gopher Whip Aluminum Lacrosse Sets. Improves throwing accuracy from different angles.

8. Goalie Shuffle Showdown: One student acts as goalie, shuffling side to side in front of the goal while another tries to score. Builds agility and timing.

9. Partner Pass & Shoot: Students work in pairs—one passes, the other catches and shoots. Then they switch roles. Builds teamwork, catching, and shooting.

10. Tic-Tac-Goal: Place three QwikPro goals in a line. Students try to score in specific goals to create three-in-a-row patterns using colored foam balls. Encourages strategy and aim.

11. Shooter Says: A PE version of Simon Says—if "Shooter Says" to aim high, low, left, or right, students must follow the command when shooting. Great for listening and targeted skill practice.

12. Sneak & Score: One student defends blindfolded (or turned away); another must sneak and score before the defender turns. Focuses on quiet movement and timing.

13. Crisscross Cradle & Shoot: Set up two crossing running paths using cones. Students must cradle across and shoot, avoiding collisions. Works on coordination and spatial awareness.

14. Team Target Toss: Divide class into small teams. Each team aims to score as many times as possible before a timer runs out. Develops teamwork and efficiency.

15. Rainbow Relay Shootout: Teams pass the ball through each player before the last person shoots on goal. Use Rainbow ReLAX Sets to differentiate teams. Teaches passing accuracy and team flow.
