The vault bar adds a challenge and stability during plyometric exercises. Users can grab one of the bar and jump side to side. As skills progress, they can also jump over the bar for an increased challenge.
Station includes a sign with steps on how to use the equipment, a muscle diagram displaying the muscles that will be worked with the equipment, and a QR code to access video tutorials of various exercises.
Station is made of durable powder-coated steel for long-lasting use and includes rust-resistant hardware that stands up to year-round, outdoor exposure. 12'L x 15'6"W use zone recommended. Station requires assembly and is permanently mounted in ground. Several color options allow you to customize it to coordinate with your school colors. Specify color when ordering.
