- Fitness Ball. Includes 36 exercises to get hearts pumping during energetic warmups. They include burpees, alternating punches, squats, leg raises, and more to get all muscle groups warmed up and ready to go.
- StrongSelf Ball. Includes 6 SEL character traits with definitions and a question for each. They learn about such topics as honesty, kindness, respect, and more.
