Loadable stainless-steel bar accepts standard weight plates and barbell collars, making it easy for users to increase or decrease their load. Similar to standard barbells, it features a 2" dia loading sleeve with bushings for smooth rotations. Loadable dumbbell includes full knurling for enhanced grip.
