Indoor discus is made of rubber and will hold up to throw after throw for seasons to come. Softer than a traditional outdoor discus, the construction will not mark floors or walls during use indoors. Rubber discus is available in 2 weights, giving athletes the opportunity to train with a discus in the same weight they will use during competition. 1 kilo disc is 7-1/2" dia, while the 1.6 kilo disc is 8-1/2" dia.
