With 17 finger and grip holes in various lengths and depths, users develop strength in their hands and upper body as they hang and move side to side. Use the board for movements such as dead hang, bent arm, offset hang, L-hang, and many other grip strength exercises. It’s great for beginners as they learn about form, as well as more advanced users as they work toward a certain number of reps or add a weight vest for an extra challenge.
