3. High Catch Hustle: Students toss the ball high into the air and sprint to a cone and back before catching it, teaching throwing, running, and catching under pressure.

4. Sit & Strike Challenge: Students sit on the ground and strike the ball to a partner using their open palm, focusing on striking and hand-eye coordination.

5. Dodge & Dive Arena: A safe dodgeball-style game using MightyLite Balls for safe play, helping students develop dodging, throwing, and team strategy.

6. Jump Shot Juggle: Students jump in place while tossing and catching two MightyLite Balls alternately, enhancing jumping, catching, and hand-eye coordination.

7. Pass & Pivot Play: In small groups, students practice passing the MightyLite Ball around while pivoting in place, teaching twisting, turning, and passing control.

8. Partner Pull & Pass: Students sit back-to-back and use core strength to pass the MightyLite Ball overhead and side-to-side, promoting core stability and twisting.

9. Freeze Fling Frenzy: When music stops, students must freeze; others attempt to roll a MightyLite Ball between their legs to “unfreeze” them, teaching rolling, spatial awareness, and team play.

10. MightyLite Wall Ball: Students throw the ball against a wall and catch it after one bounce, promoting reaction time, catching, and throwing accuracy.

11. Giant Tic Tac Throw: Students take turns tossing the MightyLite Ball into a floor-based tic-tac-toe grid made of tape or hoops, reinforcing accuracy, strategy, and throwing.
