Official Rules (Master)

No Purchase Necessary. Void Where Prohibited.

1) Definitions
•    “Sponsor” means Gopher Sport, 2525 Lemond St SW, Owatonna, MN 55060.
•    “Promotion” means the giveaway/drawing identified by the Promotion Name in the Promotion Details section above (and, if applicable, as listed on the Sponsor’s “Current Promotions” list).
•    “Promotion Period” means the start and end date/time listed in the Promotion Details above.

2) Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Promotion is not restricted by region, however it is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees of Sponsor and the Gopher Sport Family of Brands, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
Any additional eligibility requirements are listed in the Promotion Details above.

3) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
Follow the instructions listed in the Promotion Details above.

4) Entry Limit
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries beyond the limit are void.

5) Winner Selection; Odds
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing, unless otherwise noted, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6) Winner Notification; Response
Winner(s) will be notified by email using the address provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

7) Prize(s); ARV; Conditions
Prize details (including ARV) are stated in the Promotion Details above.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any fees associated with receipt or use of the prize.

8) Shipping & Handling; No Warranty
Sponsor will pay standard shipping and handling for prize delivery (unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Details).
No guarantee or warranty applies to giveaway items. All prizes are awarded “as is.”

9) Disqualification; Incomplete Entries
Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, not submitted in accordance with these Official Rules, or not received within the Promotion Period.

10) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications.

11) Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12) Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liability, loss, or causes of action arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

13) Disputes; Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Minnesota.

14) Winner List
To obtain the winner’s name (first name and last initial, and state/province if applicable), email socialmedia@gophersport.com with the subject line: [PROMOTION NAME] Winner List Request.

15) Agreement to Official Rules
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Order Experience Survey Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The survey drawing is open to individuals who have completed an order experience survey after making a purchase. Employees of Gopher or the Gopher Sport Family of Brands and their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with the survey or the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Entry: To enter, participants must complete and submit the order experience survey related to their recent post-purchase experience. Each completed survey will be counted as one entry into the drawing for that calendar month. The survey is sent to the participant approximately 10 business days after their order is shipped.

Survey Period: The survey period begins at 12:00:01 AM on the 1st day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM on the last day of that month (Central Time).

Drawing and Prize: At the end of each survey period, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive a $100 Gopher gift card. The drawing will take place within five (5) business days after the end of each calendar month.

Winner Notification: The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided in their survey submission within five (5) business days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification email, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions: Gopher reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the survey or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Gopher’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the survey.

Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with the survey will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with or sold to any third parties, except as required by law. View our Privacy Policy for details on Data Privacy and Consent.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the survey, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gopher, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the survey or receipt or use of any prize.

Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the state in which Gopher is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

Agreement to Terms: By entering the survey, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Gopher, which are final and binding.
