Sets of our only rubber slam balls give your class or team to slam their way through weightlifting circuits. These balls have the fortitude to withstand the highest levels of use and abuse, thanks to thinker wall construction and deeply-grooved rubber cover. No matter how hard the impact, they won't lose their perfectly round shape.

A sand-filled center engages users throughout each rep and reduces bounce to little or nothing on impact with the floor. Diameter increases with weight. Each set includes printed training charts and a rack for convenient medicine ball storage.
