No other mat features two densities in one convenient package. With one side soft and the other firm, FlipSide mats can be used for a broad spectrum of high-impact and low-impact exercises. Each side is clearly marked so it's easy to identify which is firm and which is soft.

  • A soft side features 1-1/2" urethane foam for low-impact stretches and seated exercises.
  • A firm side features 1/2" closed-cell foam for exercises that require more support.
  • The thick 14 oz antimicrobial cover is extremely durable and easy to wipe clean after use.
