Force Sandbag Packs
These packs of sandbags offer incredible durability and excel at group training in the face of institutional, rugged abuse. Convenient packs of sandbags make it easy to outfit your class appropriately!
Incredible Durability
Sporting a moisture-resistant PVC cover, triple-stitched seams, and shape retaining core, these sandbags were made for abuse. There's no bladder to degrade over time, and they'll show no signs of weakness after years of slams, presses, and snatches. A moisture-resistant cover wicks moisture and wipes down in seconds between uses, allowing them to stand up to group settings, no sweat.
Numerous Workout Options
Featuring 8-10 handles per sandbag, students can train in almost unlimited ways. Different grips are designed for different lifts and movements, meaning students can complete a full-body with just one sandbag! Because these bags come in eight weight options, it’s easy for PE programs to outfit each class with a range of options that are right for them. A greater weight selection results in the ability to improve training over time, while included storage and instruction to accommodate up to 10 students simultaneously.
Benefits
- Sandbags can be used to train the entire body, from the legs to the core, back to arms, and beyond. By learning to use sandbags, students will be able to perfect their form and optimize their efforts when it comes to both strength training and cardiovascular fitness.
- Add variety in weight training to keep the mind and body challenged. Introduce weightlifting concepts to newer students with a less intimidating piece of equipment as compared to a metal barbell.
- Provide an unconventional method for building muscle, boosting overall strength, and burning fat. The secret to sandbag training lies in the slight shift of the load within the sandbag and the odd shape users need to control during lifts and workouts.
- Bags come pre-filled and ready to use right out of the box! There’s no need to mess around with filling, which can lead to leaking or improperly filled bags.
Packs include 10 bags, 1 UltraFit Steel Storage Rack, and 3 UltraFit Training Charts.
- Light Pack includes 3 ea 15, 20 lb; 2 ea 10, 25 lb.
- Heavy Pack includes 3 ea 30, 40 lb; 2 ea 50, 60 lb.
15 Strength and Skill-Building PE Activities Using Detonate Force Sandbag Packs
The Detonate Force Sandbag Packs feature highly durable, non-slip sandbags with multiple grip handles, making them ideal for versatile, full-body training in physical education classes. Designed for functional strength development, each sandbag offers balanced resistance while remaining soft and safe to drop, lift, swing, or toss. Their key advantage lies in the flexible construction and various handles that support a wide range of user-friendly movements without the rigidity of traditional weights. Below are 15 creative and age-appropriate activities that use these sandbags to develop fundamental movement skills in students from elementary through high school.
