These cone caps easily slip over the top of the cones for PE to display movements or numbers. The reversible design features movements on one side for a quick and easy bodyweight circuit. The other side features numbers (1-12) to use as stations or as number of reps.
The bodyweight movements are clearly illustrated with start and stop positions for a workout that students can easily understand.
