4. Hot Shot Hustle: Each team shoots from different cones, earning points for successful baskets. Builds shooting accuracy and agility as they rotate through spots.
5. Rainbow Roundup: Scattered basketballs must be returned to the correct color bag by dribbling or rolling. Reinforces color sorting, object control, and strategy.
6. Bounce and Balance Challenge: Students stand on one foot and bounce their ball 10 times without losing balance. Develops static balance and dribbling control.
7. Double Trouble Dribble: Pairs dribble side-by-side using the same hand and pace, working on spatial awareness and coordination.
8. Fast Feet Flick: Students pass their basketball through a line of cones while side-shuffling. Builds lateral movement and ball control.
9. The Great Gallop Grab: Students gallop to grab their team’s basketball from a cone, dribble back, and high-five the next in line. Combines galloping with control skills.
10. Cone Dash Dribble Splash: Dribble to each cone in a zigzag path and complete a task (jump, squat, spin) at each. Builds agility and dynamic balance.
11. Skip & Shoot Showdown: Students skip to cones and take shots from each marker. Builds rhythm, coordination, and spatial shooting awareness.
12. Team Twist Pass: Partners stand back-to-back, twist to pass the ball side-to-side and over/under. Builds twisting, core strength, and coordination.
13. Stoplight Dribble Drill: Red = stop, Yellow = slow dribble, Green = fast. Call out colors while students dribble. Teaches pace control and reaction.
