Multiple sizes support a wide range of users and make these mat packs perfect for a range of applications like PE units, including yoga, stretching, and conditioning, among others. Because they also include a hanging storage cart, you’ll have a seamless solution to compact storage, transportation, and workout that will benefit your students. All mats are 24"W.

1. Plank Relay Challenge: Students hold a plank for 15-20 seconds on their ExerFit™ mat. The mat’s non-slip surface helps beginners maintain good form.

2. Yoga Stretch Stations: Students rotate through various simple stretching and yoga poses like child’s pose and downward dog on their ExerFit™ mats. The soft padding offers comfort, making it accessible for new yogis.
