Low Profile
Cast-iron plates are thinner than a bumper plate, so there's more room for more weight as users progress. Yet they still feature a thick lip around the edge of the plate for users to grasp and hold onto while loading or unloading the bar.
Durable Construction
Solid cast-iron plates are extremely durable and will not show wear and tear over time, thanks to the black powder-coated finish. They resist nicks and dings and will look like new for years!

- Complete Set: 7’L chrome-plated 45 lb steel bar (500 lb capacity), 1 pair spring collars, and 300 lb in plates (4 ea 5 lb, 2 ea 2.5 lb, 10-45 lb).
- Light Set: 2 ea 2.5-45 lb plates.
- Medium Set: 2 ea 2.5, 5, 35 lb; 4 ea 10, 25, 45 lb plates.
