Adaptive holds include bar-style handholds and ledge-style footholds to provide extra stability and support to make climbing more accessible. The included Adaptive Climbing Wall Activity Guide gets students with cognitive, communicative, physical, and sensory disabilities engaged in climbing games and learning activities! Climbing provides users with opportunities to develop balance, body awareness, muscle strength, and motor planning.

Great for Education

The wall is constructed of 3/4" plywood and is coated with a smooth, white, dry-erase magnetic surface. Write climbing tips or words of encouragement right on the climbing wall with a dry-erase marker, or use magnets to hang posters or notes. Try hanging educational tools like numbers, letters, or colors! As students climb, blood flow increases in the brain, enhancing learning.

Pre-drilled, 4’W x 3/4" thick panels easily mount to most walls with included bolts and anchors. A 3D red-relief line marks a safe zone at the bottom of the wall to clearly show climbers the boundary for safe placement of feet. For added safety, the holds on the 6’10”H walls only go up to 5’H. The ULTRAVERSE Cordless Mat Locking System (sold separately) helps keep students safe during and between climbing lessons. All walls are for indoor use only.
