One person can easily adjust the height of this beam from 19.7" (50 cm) to 49"H (125 cm) to accommodate athletes of various ages. The top of the beam has a 1/4" thick layer of sponge foam and a 1/4" thick layer of neoprene rubber, making landings safer and more comfortable. It's covered with a durable, slip-resistant, suede-like material for enhanced stability and traction. The end caps are padded for extra protection and safety.

Powder-coated, blue metallic steel legs are resistant to chipping and fading. Meets USAG, NCAA, NFHS specifications. 16'5"L x 4"W.
