We took our ShiftED Floor Seat and created a frame that transforms it into a chair in seconds. Simply click the seat into the frame and you’re set! When students want to shift and sit on the floor in comfort, simply detach the seat by pressing down on the large tab on the back of the frame. While the seat is detached, the frame becomes a stool to strengthen cores and improve posture.

The floor seat’s back contours to the student’s body to reduce fatigue and discomfort. When detached, the domed bottom offers 360° of rocking to keep minds focused and built-in handles offer extra stability plus easy transport. The floor seat and frame’s seat are made of durable yet lightweight antimicrobial plastic; the chromed frame stands up to institutional use.

The seat supports up to 250 lb and is 22”L x 16”W x 18-1/2”H; 4-1/2 lb. Frame is 21”L x 17”W x 18”H; 9 lb. Assembled, the chair is 36-1/2”H. Chair is available individually (floor seat plus frame) or in a set of 6. Floor seat only is also sold separately.
