These Polar heart rate monitors feature Precision Prime sensors that use technology for optical heart rate measurement and eliminate other motion that can provide inaccurate readings. A new energy sources feature displays whether carbs, fats, or proteins are burned during activity. Recharge Data mode shares how the user’s body recovered during sleep, and breathing exercises help relax the mind & body throughout the day.
Built-in GPS, 24-hour tracking, and app compatibility give you a personalized training plan and real-time data. Check the weather prior to class to see if outdoor activities can stay as scheduled. Transfer live data to other Polar products, compatible gym equipment, and apps via Bluetooth. Students can also control music from the watch to energize their workouts even more.
The watch’s sleek design with a bright touchscreen display allows for customizable face themes and interchangeable wrist straps. Ambient light sensor causes less strain on eyes. The included strap is easy to clean with mild soap & water or a disinfectant cleaning wipe.
