Waterproof rubber cover withstands consistent use indoors or out. Butyl bladder ensures long-lasting shape and air retention, so the ball is always ready for play.
Performer Plus Playoffs: Skill-Building Soccer Drills for Durable Outdoor Fun
The Performer Plus Hand-Sewn Rubber Soccer Balls stand out with their precision-stitched, hand-sewn panels and enhanced rubber cover, providing unmatched grip, durability, and authentic feel. Unlike machine-stitched or foam-based balls, these are built to last through rugged outdoor play on blacktops, grass, and hard courts—making them an ideal choice for advanced skill development in any weather. Their superior construction allows students to build real-world soccer skills through repetition and reliable ball response. These 15 imaginative activities integrate fundamental movement skills in unique ways for all student levels.
1. Plus Pass Pursuit: Students form relay teams and must pass the Performer Plus ball back and forth while sprinting down the field. Builds kicking, running, and teamwork.
2. Dribble & Dash Duel: Pairs compete to dribble through a cone course using Rainbow Cones, trying to beat each other’s time. Focus is on dribbling control and speed.
3. Big Kick Battle Zones: Divide the field into scoring zones with different points. Students aim to land the ball in higher-value areas. Teaches kicking power and accuracy.
4. Cone Capture Carnival: Scatter cones across the field. Students dribble to each, circle around, and move to the next. Emphasizes agility, balance, and turning.
5. Kick to Catch Kombat: One student kicks the ball, the other catches it before bounce. Reverse roles. Builds kicking technique and catching skill.
6. Partner Pivot Passes: In pairs, students pass the ball and perform a full-body pivot before receiving the next one. Works on turning and coordination.
7. Rolling Relay Race: Students roll the ball to a partner, run around a cone, and receive the roll back. Encourages rolling control and locomotion.
8. Net Knock Challenge: Use Pop-Up Soccer Goals. Students take turns trying to kick the ball into the net from increasing distances. Promotes distance kicking and confidence.
9. Goal Guard Gladiator: Rotate goalies as others attempt to score with Performer Plus balls. Great for striking and defending fundamentals.
10. Ball Balance Blast-Off: Students try to balance the ball on the top of their foot while walking 10 steps. Teaches core stability and fine motor control.
11. Circle Pass Cyclone: Students stand in a circle and pass rapidly around. Add multiple balls for challenge. Trains awareness, reaction, and timing.
12. Footwork Frenzy Relay: Students complete a footwork pattern (e.g., toe taps, side touches) before dribbling to tag the next teammate. Develops coordination and agility.
13. Dribble Direction Dice: Use a giant foam die. Whatever number is rolled dictates the dribbling direction or action. Adds variety and movement decision-making.
14. Zone Defense Scramble: In small-sided games, assign defensive zones. Students learn positioning, anticipation, and movement spacing.
15. Performer Plus Power Circuit: Set up 5 skill stations—dribble, kick, roll, pass, and balance. Groups rotate every 2 minutes. Covers multiple FMS categories in sequence.
