A recessed rubber top adds grip and allows for step-ups and other single-leg work.
Durable powder-coated steel frame holds up to institutional use and TPR feet protect flooring from scuffs. Supports up to 1,000 lb. Box is 22-1/2"L x 24-1/4"W x 16-20"H; 59-1/2 lb.
15 FMS Activities Using the Gopher Combo Box
The Gopher Combo Box is a versatile, dual-sided plyometric platform that allows students to train on either a soft foam surface or a firm wooden side, simply by flipping the box. Its three-in-one height design (16", 20", and 24") makes it adaptable for all age groups and ability levels, making it an ideal piece of equipment for teaching jumping, landing, balancing, and other fundamental movement skills (FMS). The following 15 activity ideas make full use of the Combo Box's soft and firm sides to engage students in safe, progressive, and fun physical education experiences.
