Fitterfirst Wobble Boards
This dynamic tool allows users to wobble in any direction, activating stabilizing muscles in users’ back, core, hips, and legs to improve lower-body strength, overall balance/coordination, agility, and posture. A patented tri-level sphere on the bottom easily adjusts to 10°, 12°, or 15° to tailor each user’s workout and create progression training. The steeper the angle, the greater the challenge!
Beyond balance & coordination training, the board is also ideal for post-injury rehab, supporting recovery from leg, knee, or ankle injuries while reducing the risk of re-injury.
A slip-resistant surface provides secure footing and stabilizes the board, yet it’s comfortable enough for use with bare feet. Choose from 2 sizes: 16” dia (3”H; 3-1/2 lb) for smaller users or beginners or 20” dia (3”H; 7 lb) for older users and intermediate training.
