1. Bounce Back Battle: Students strike the Boxbollen ball continuously for 30 seconds and count how many clean hits they get. Focuses on striking and rhythm.

2. Reflex Relay Rumble: In relay teams, students must complete 20 consecutive Boxbollen hits before tagging the next teammate. Builds coordination and teamwork.

3. Jab-Jump Combo: Students alternate between 10 Boxbollen hits and 3 squat jumps. Blends coordination and explosive lower-body power.

4. Rhythm & Reach Race: Students strike the ball while marching or walking in rhythm around a cone track. Develops locomotor control and rhythmic striking.

5. Boxbollen Freeze Game: When music stops, students must freeze instantly—even if the ball is still moving. Promotes reaction time and body control.

6. Partner Punch Mirror: In pairs, students try to match each other’s Boxbollen rhythm and motion. Develops visual tracking and mirrored coordination.
