Designed for Fast-Paced Invasion Game Play
In this high-energy game, teams defend their half of the court while trying to capture their opponents' flags and secure them on their own upright. Players sprint across the center line to retrieve flags, trying to avoid getting tagged or struck by a thrown ball while on the opposing side. If tagged or hit, the player returns to their upright before rejoining play, and any carried flag goes back to its original position.
Strategic movement, spatial awareness, and teamwork are essential as players decide when to attack, defend, or use balls to slow opponents. The continuous action reinforces agility, dodging, and quick transitions while keeping all participants active. At the end of the set time, each opponent flag secured on a team's upright earns one point. The team with the most points, wins!
